プロバイダーから指定されたログインIDとパスワードをroot権限で記述して
ファイルパーミッシュンを600にします。(chmod 600 /etc/ppp/chap-secrets)

# client	server	secret			IP addresses
"user@provider.net" * "password"
パーミッションは chmod 600 で設定して下さい。
